Our Executive Director, joined the Deerassic Park Staff in 2006 after graduating from Ohio University. In his spare time you can find him on his boat fishing, in the woods hunting or watching sports with family and friends.
After graduating from the University of Mount Union in 2001, Dana spent 17 years in public accounting before joining the Deerassic staff in September of 2018. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and attending sporting events with his wife and three children.
Tonja has been with Deerassic Park since the very first Deerassic Classic in 2003. She became the full-time Ticket Rep for the 2009 Classic. Tonja enjoys yard sales, fishing, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Valotta joined us in October 2017 as the Finance Manager. She enjoys spending time with her family and three grandchildren, collecting antiques and vacationing at the ocean.
Luke has been with Deerassic since March of 2017. Born and raised in Cambridge, Luke loves spending time outdoors with wife and dog. Luke is a Muskingum University graduate, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical & Health Education. Luke is also an avid bowhunter. When he’s not teaching kids about the outdoors at the Park, you’ll probably find him in a treestand somewhere.
A.J. Burga joined our staff in 2016 as our maintenance and grounds supervisor. He is a graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate’s degree in heating and cooling. He enjoys farming, golf, basketball, and spending time with his family and friends.
Sarah joined our staff in September 2020. She grew up in Guernsey County, graduated from Buckeye Trail, and resides near Salt Fork State Park with her two children and array of pets. Her hobbies include; outdoor activities and collecting Depression glass.
Jake joined the staff in May of 2021 as the Marketing Director. He graduated from the University of Mount Union with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Marketing and Finance. In his free time, Jake enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
Dalton joined the Deerassic team in 2021 as the Education Coordinator after interning the two summers prior as he completed his degrees in wildlife Conservation and Environmental Science, Safety, and Health from Zane State College. In his free time, Dalton enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and learning new things about nature with his wife and their dog.
A Graduate of DeVry University in Business Management and Computer Technology. Bryan is the owner of Stoney’s RV, and a native of Guernsey County. Bryan is married, and has 5 kids.
Rick is a Cambridge City Schools teacher and has a Masters in Computer Education from Ohio University. He enjoys hunting, fishing, going to dirt track races and just taking good old fashioned walks.
John manages Dunning Motors in Cambridge. He is a graduate of Ohio State with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He enjoys the outdoors, riding his ATV and spending time with his family and friends.
Ralph is the banquet manager at Mr. Lee’s Family Restaurant. He is retired Air Force, enjoys bowling, NASCAR, and outdoor events. Very active in the local community to help make Guernsey County a place you can call home.
Graduate from Dover High School. Jamie has been employed at AEP in the line dept. for 35 years. Jamie has 2 daughters and 5 Grandkids. He is a member of Ducks Unlimited, NRA , and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and camping.
Ryan is the owner of The Pavlov Group, a real estate development company in downtown Cambridge and the marketing director for MVHC, a federally qualified health center in Southeastern Ohio. Ryan enjoys hiking and camping as well as spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys long romantic walks to the fridge.
Steve, a lifelong resident of Guernsey County, has worked for the Cambridge City School District for 33+ years. He graduated from the University of Akron and received his Masters degree in school administration from Muskingum College. He is a member of the NRA and Ducks Unlimited. He enjoys hunting, fishing, canoeing, and hiking in his spare time. He also enjoys spending time with his large family. Steve is married to Sheryl, and he has 5 children.
